Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of grapes
  • 1 jar water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Wash and chop the vegetables and fruit. Place everything in a blender and pour over the water. Blend vigorously until no lumps remain.
