Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 bunch curly parsley
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Finely chop the chives and parsley and mix with the remaining ingredients. The spices can be adjusted to your liking. It’s best to make the sauce a day in advance so it can infuse properly.
