Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ apple
- ½ pear(s)
- ½ lemon(s)
- ½ romaine lettuce
- 2 cubes of leaf spinach, frozen
- ½ banana(s)
- 350 ml mineral water, still water or tap water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quickly made for a healthy start to the day
Remove the stem from the romaine lettuce. Peel the lemon and banana. Core the apple and pear. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1 minute until smooth. This makes two 500 ml servings.
