Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spinach
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 3 tbsp, heaped coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp, heaped coconut oil
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Green smoothie with spinach

Wash the spinach. Peel the fruit and roughly chop it. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree. Add water as needed. Serve with some coconut flakes. Depending on the amount of water, this will serve for about one large or 2-3 small glasses.
