Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g green grapes
- 2 apples (Granny Smith)
- 2 oranges
- ½ lemon(s)
- 2 kiwis
- ¼ bunch mint
- 1 piece(s) ginger, small
Instructions

suitable for beginners
Wash the grapes and apples. Peel the oranges, kiwi, and half a lemon. Chop the ginger. Quarter all ingredients and puree or press in a juicer. The juice is enough for two large smoothie glasses or four regular 200 ml glasses and tastes best immediately, but will keep in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator for up to a day.
