Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 oranges, squeezed
- 1 lemon(s), squeezed
- 4 cm ginger, fresh
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, palm honey or agave syrup
- 200 ml mineral water
- 1 handful of crushed ice, optional – then use less mineral water

Freshly squeeze the oranges and lemon, finely chop the ginger, and place all ingredients in a blender on high. Blend until smooth. Super delicious, healthy, and good for colds!
