Green smoothie with lamb's lettuce and fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • 1 lemon(s), squeezed
  • 4 cm ginger, fresh
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup, palm honey or agave syrup
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 1 handful of crushed ice, optional – then use less mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Freshly squeeze the oranges and lemon, finely chop the ginger, and place all ingredients in a blender on high. Blend until smooth. Super delicious, healthy, and good for colds!
