Green smoothie with mango and coconut water

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g mango pulp, ripe
  • ½ apple
  • 1 handful of leaf lettuce
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 280 ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • possibly still mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the washed apple half into pieces, including the skin and core, without the blossom end. Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the core (diamond-shaped cuts and horizontally remove the core with a knife). It should be about 180g. Place both in the blender. Wash the lettuce and spinach and add them to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Either select the “Green Smoothie” program or blend everything on the highest setting for about 1.5-2 minutes. Drink immediately, otherwise the smoothie will thicken due to the swelling of the chia seeds. If not, add a little more still water.
