Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some fat
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 g green spelt meal
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 ½ tbsp marjoram
  • Iodized salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a little hot fat until translucent. Bring the vegetable stock, green spelt meal, bay leaf, and marjoram to a boil. Then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and season with iodized salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few hours and serve, not too cold.
