- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper from the mill to taste
- 2 Pc. Dried chilli 1
- 1 Pc. Chopped onion
- 2 Pc. Eggs big
- 6 tbsp Sun-Dried tomatoes without oil
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 3 Discs Grated white bread
- 200 g Sheep cheese
- 0,5 package Bacon

- Put the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl, pour boiling water over them and soak for approx. 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat. Circulating air 155 ° C.
- In the meantime, put the minced meat in a large bowl, pull out the onion, dice it and add it to the mince, press the garlic, crack open the eggs, crumble the chillies and add the grated white bread and the spices.
- Mix everything thoroughly and add seasoning if necessary. Take the soaked tomatoes out of the water, dice and mix with the mince. If necessary, you can add a little more tomato water.
- Roll out the “dough” on a baking mat about 1 1/2 cm thick and crumble the sheep’s cheese on it. Now roll up with the help of the baking mat and place in a greased baking dish or tray. Cover with the bacon slices and put in the oven for about 40 minutes.
