aromatic and looks great

All the herbs together should fill two good handfuls. Roughly chop the herbs and layer them with the salt in a tall container. Blend everything thoroughly with a hand blender until no more herbs are visible and everything is a lovely green. Let the fresh herb salt stand on a newspaper in the sun or in a dry place until it dries. The herbs listed are just examples, of course; you can vary them according to your taste. In a pretty container, it makes a great souvenir.
