Greetsiel Crab Salad

The perfect greetsiel crab salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g North Sea Crabs
  • 100 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 130 g Pineapple
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 5 tbsp Miracle Wip
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Leaf parsley
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into leaves, cut the pineapple into small cubes, cut the apple into small cubes, chop the egg, cut the leek (only use the light green or white pieces) into narrow rings and briefly (1 minute) until firm to the bite boil and then soak in ice water and pat dry. Finely chop the walnut kernels.
  2. Mix the crabs, fruit, vegetables, egg and nuts in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, lemon juice, Tabasco and Miracle Whip and season to taste.
  3. Finally, add the herbs (finely chopped) to the salad and mix. Garnish with a second egg (eighth) if necessary.
