Gremolata for Chili Con Carne

  • 4 Servings Chili con carne

Gremolata

  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 3 Spring onions
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Clean and roughly chop the paprika, garlic and spring onions – put in a blender with a good dash of olive oil and lemon juice with honey and puree, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Break the tortillas as desired and serve in a bowl to dip.
