Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml red wine
- 100 ml vegetable oil (high heat)
- 3 garlic cloves, squeezed
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- 5 bay leaves, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Spicy red wine marinade – goes well with meat as well as vegetables
Mix all ingredients and marinate the meat for 2-12 hours, depending on the size. Since the marinade doesn’t contain salt, add salt to the grilled meat after cooking. If you like it spicy, you can also add 2 teaspoons of sambal oelek.
