Grill Trout – Low Carb

The perfect grill trout – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh trout
  • 1 Pc. Lemon untreated
  • 1 branch Fresh dill
  • 1 branch Fresh thyme
  1. Wash trout.
  2. Cut half the lemon into slices, squeeze out the other half.
  3. Place trout on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Put lemon wedges, dill, thyme inside the trout and season with pepper and salt.
  5. Wrap the foil together well.

Barbecue party / campfire

  1. Place the packet on both sides in the hot embers for about 5 minutes, that’s it.

In the oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Then cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, done.
