Grill Trout – Low Carb
The perfect grill trout – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh trout
- 1 Pc. Lemon untreated
- 1 branch Fresh dill
- 1 branch Fresh thyme
- Wash trout.
- Cut half the lemon into slices, squeeze out the other half.
- Place trout on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Put lemon wedges, dill, thyme inside the trout and season with pepper and salt.
- Wrap the foil together well.
Barbecue party / campfire
- Place the packet on both sides in the hot embers for about 5 minutes, that’s it.
In the oven
- Preheat the oven to 200 C. Then cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, done.
