Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large mushrooms, fresh
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 3 slices of salami
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Quick and easy
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Then, dice the salami and cheddar cheese into small pieces and stuff the mushrooms with them. Wrap each mushroom crosswise with two strips of bacon and grill over indirect heat for a few minutes. This is perfect as an appetizer or small starter.
