Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 4 sprigs of basil
- some salt
- some pepper
- a little olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
A fruity side dish to grilled food.
Slice the bananas lengthwise, still with the peel. Brush the insides of the bananas with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Pick the basil leaves, wash them, cut them into thin strips, and sprinkle them into the sliced bananas. Grill the bananas until the outside peels black and the flesh is soft.
