Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 chicken wings
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, chopped red
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp mustard (garlic mustard)
- 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp sage
- Garlic, to taste
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
For the marinade, combine chili peppers, garlic cloves, honey, white wine, garlic mustard, pepper, Provençal herbs, and paprika and brush over the chicken wings. Reserve the remaining marinade. Then let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Arrange a small pile of 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of rosemary, and 1 teaspoon of sage on a baking sheet, placing a few garlic cloves between each. Brush everything with olive oil. Then place the chicken wings on the sheet, brush with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Brush with the remaining marinade occasionally.
