Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) salmon, frozen
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp blue cheese
  • 4 tsp dill, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

in aluminum foil

Wash and slice the vegetables. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil, divide the vegetables evenly, and place them on the foil. Place the fish on top and season with salt and pepper. Shape the aluminum foil into small boats, leaving only a gap at the top. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the fish and spread the cheese over the fish. Sprinkle with dill. Addition: Instead of aluminum foil, use double sheets of parchment paper (not over a flame, of course) or a ceramic dish. Place on the grill and braise for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve with freshly baked white bread or onion bread.
