- 1 feta cheese
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Quarter the feta cheese. Slice the tomato and onion. Place the feta cheese on a piece of aluminum foil, top with a tomato slice and, if desired, onion rings. Season with salt and pepper and wrap completely in the aluminum foil. Then place on the preheated grill and grill until the cheese is soft. This takes about 10 minutes. Chef’s recipe editor’s note: If you don’t want to use aluminum foil, use parchment paper or baking paper for the parcels. If you use lemon juice and salt, this is recommended for health reasons.
