Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 9 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic, large (chopped)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- some chili powder
- some caraway, ground
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 35 minutes
Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry, and place them in a bowl. Combine the garlic, olive oil, chili, caraway, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper and brush the chops with it. Pluck the rosemary sprig, scatter the needles over the chops, and refrigerate the chops, covered, overnight. Grill the chops in a preheated oven (200°C, top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on each side.
