Grilled ostrich steak

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 ostrich steaks
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), chopped
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Mix the marinade ingredients together and marinate the steaks for approximately 2-4 hours. Then grill or pan-fry the marinated steaks (like beef steaks). Serve with a colorful salad and garlic bread.
