Dessert for barbecue time

Place the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag and roll them with a rolling pin until they form small crumbs. Quickly knead these with the butter until crumbly. Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil with oil. Wash the peaches, halve them, and remove the pits. Place the peach halves on the aluminum foil, scatter the amaretti biscuits on top, and seal the foil into small parcels. Place the peach parcels, crumbles facing up, on the grill and bake for about 10 minutes. Open the parcels and arrange the fruit on plates. A scoop of vanilla ice cream is the perfect accompaniment!
