quick to make and a hit at every barbecue

Make a dough from flour, water, yeast, and salt. Let it rise in a warm place until the dough has visibly increased in size. Add the spices and knead thoroughly once more. When grilling, shape ping-pong ball-sized pieces of dough into a round flatbread and place them on the grill. They will naturally become round, but will also be cooked on the inside. (If you grill them straight away, they’ll be raw on the inside and burnt on the outside!) Of course, you can also make the rolls without any spices (except for the salt!). Variation: Simply knead in all your “favorite spices.” This way, you’ll be a hit at every barbecue! Another variation: Use different types of flour, but adjust the amount of liquid.
