Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg gyros meat
- 600 ml hollandaise sauce
- 500 g Gouda, grated
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the gyros in a pan and place them in a baking dish. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the milk and pour over the gyros. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with spaetzle and a fresh salad.
