Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 large pork steaks
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp basil, shredded
- 1 tsp thyme, shredded
- 1 tsp marjoram, shredded
- 1 tsp oregano, shredded
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 onion(s), squeezed
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 8 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
with homemade spice mix
Mix the marinade. Marinate the steaks overnight or vacuum seal for a shorter time. Place the steaks on a hot wood-fired grill and grill for approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on their thickness, size, and the heat.
