Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg meat (gyros meat), from the butcher
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups of cream
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 1 jar mushrooms
- Cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper or gyro seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the tomatoes, peppers, and mushrooms, then add them to a baking dish with the gyros. Mix the cream cheese and cream, season with gyro seasoning or salt and pepper if desired, and pour over the ingredients. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 50 minutes, then sprinkle with the cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
