Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 schnitzel meat, breaded
- 300 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Cheese
- Parmesan
- Sambal Oelek
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the schnitzel in a pan. For the sauce, brown the ground beef. Add the onions and tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, and sambal oelek. Add the Parmesan cheese. Transfer the schnitzel and sauce to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until the cheese has melted and is a nice color. Serve with pasta or fries and salad.
