Gyros soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg gyros meat
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of soup (onion soup)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red,
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • ½ bottle of chili sauce, according to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 13 hours 30 minutes

Brown the gyros, mix with cream, and let it simmer overnight. Bring 2 packets of onion soup to a boil with 1 1/2 liters of water and the remaining ingredients (without the chili sauce) and the gyros. Finally, add the chili sauce. Do not boil again.
