Halibut from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (halibut fillet)
  • 1 bunch garlic (chives)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the halibut and pat dry with kitchen paper. Wash the spring onions and garlic chives and cut into small rings. Spread aluminum foil on a baking sheet and fold up the sides slightly to form a bowl. Brush the foil with olive oil, then place the fish on top and brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and top with the vegetables. Seal the foil to form a sealed package. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
