Halloween Fingers

The perfect halloween fingers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Skinless almond kernels
  • 1 Egg size M
  • 250 g Marzipan paste
  • 60 g Powdered sugar
  • 30 g Flour
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cream or milk
  • Strawberry jam
  1. Separate egg whites and yolks. Mix the egg white with flour, baking powder, marzipan and powdered sugar with a mixer to a smooth mass.
  2. For the fingernails, cut 10 almonds in half with a knife.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° top and bottom heat, line the baking sheet with baking paper. Now shape approx. 20 fingers with a length of approx. 7 cm from the dough with moistened hands and distribute them on the baking sheet, pressing one half of the almond onto each fingertip. Then use a knife to make notches below the nail and in the middle of the finger to show finger joints.
  4. Whisk the egg yolk and cream together and brush your fingers with it. Bake the fingers in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, then let them cool and dip the stump ends in jam so that it looks really bloody. Happy Halloween
