Ham and Cheese Rolls

The perfect ham and cheese rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Toast bread or bread in a box
  • Butter or cream cheese
  • Gouda or another hard cheese
  • Ham cubes
  • Tomatoes
  • Egg
  • Milk
  1. Cut off the edges of the bread and then roll out thinly with a rolling pin
  2. Smear half of the bread with cream cheese. Spread the cheese, diced ham and chopped tomatoes on top.
  3. Roll up the loaves (starting on the side with the cheese)
  4. Mix the egg with a little milk and roll the bread rolls in it.
  5. Heat neutral fat in the pan and fry the rolls for about a minute on each side
