Ham and Cheese Rolls
The perfect ham and cheese rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Toast bread or bread in a box
- Butter or cream cheese
- Gouda or another hard cheese
- Ham cubes
- Tomatoes
- Egg
- Milk
- Cut off the edges of the bread and then roll out thinly with a rolling pin
- Smear half of the bread with cream cheese. Spread the cheese, diced ham and chopped tomatoes on top.
- Roll up the loaves (starting on the side with the cheese)
- Mix the egg with a little milk and roll the bread rolls in it.
- Heat neutral fat in the pan and fry the rolls for about a minute on each side
