Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 50 g cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For approx. 16 snails
Roll out the puff pastry and spread with crème fraîche. Next, sprinkle with pepper, grated cheese, and ham. Roll the puff pastry up from the long side and cut into approximately 16 pieces, each about 2-3 cm thick. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave some space between each roll as it will rise. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 20 minutes.
