Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slice(s) cooked ham, oval
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 1 tsp curry powder
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Season the minced meat to taste and spread it on the ham slices, roll them up like roulades, and place them in a casserole dish. Mix the sauce, cream, and curry powder together and pour over the ham rolls. Braise in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 1 hour.
