Schnitzel in foil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pork schnitzels
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mustard
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and place it on aluminum foil. The foil should be large enough to wrap the schnitzel snugly, but still leave some air space. Slice the onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers and place them on top of the schnitzel. Mix the ketchup and mustard together. Then spread a little of it over the cucumbers to cover them. Finally, add a small knob of butter and bend the foil upwards like a boat, twisting the top piece together to prevent spillage. Then bake in the oven at approximately 170°C for about 40 minutes.
