Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 200 g cooked ham
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious with noodles and rice
Dice the onions and sauté. Deglaze with the cream and add the crème fraîche. Dice the ham and add to the sauce. Stir in the tomato paste. Let everything simmer gently for 2 minutes.
