Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ bottle of ketchup
- n. B. meat sausage
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 cup water, cold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, peel and finely chop the onion, and fry it in a little oil. Once browned, remove the onions from the pan to prevent them from turning black. Then, add the sausage (as needed) and cut it into pieces and fry them. Then, add the sausage pieces and onions to the pan and fry briefly again. Add half a bottle of ketchup to the pan and stir. To help it bind, mix a teaspoon of flour with cold water in a cup. Once the flour has dissolved, add the mixture to the pan, stir, and bring everything back to a boil briefly.
