- 170 g ham or bacon, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg(s)

Delicious party and buffet snack, ready in no time!
Mix the ham and sour cream, roll out the puff pastry (approx. 40 x 40 cm) and cut into 16 squares. Beat the egg and brush the edges of the squares with it. Place the sour cream and ham filling mixture in the center of the squares and roll them up into croissants. Press the ends together firmly to prevent the filling from escaping during baking. Place on a greased baking sheet and brush the croissants with egg again. Be sure to preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
