Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 bananas
- 9 slice(s) smoked ham
- Curry powder (Thai)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Great for grilling!
Cut the bananas into thirds. Arrange the ham slices on the ham and lightly rub one side with Thai curry. Place a banana third on each slice and wrap the ham around it. Secure the ham with a toothpick if desired. Grill until lightly browned and crispy.
