Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 m.-large zucchini, diced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 processed cheese wedges
  • 3 eggs
  • n. B. Grated cheese for sprinkling
  • salt and pepper
  • broth, instant
  • some butter
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with zucchini

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and sauté in a mixture of oil and butter, then add the diced zucchini. After the zucchini has briefly seared, stir in the diced ham. Cook for about 5 minutes. Pour in the water and add the sour cream and cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and broth. Whisk the eggs and fold into the pasta. Transfer everything to a greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
