Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 200 g ham, cooked or bacon
- 1 cup of cream
- 100 g cream cheese (preferably with herbs)
- 1 onion(s)
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, cut the ham or bacon into small cubes. Finely dice the onion. When the pasta is done, drain and keep warm. In the same pot, brown the ham or bacon with a little fat, then briefly fry the onions. Pour in a cup of cream. When the cream starts to boil, add the cream cheese. Bring to a boil briefly, then add the pasta and mix everything together.
