Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 slices of ham
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 10 cm horseradish, more or less to taste
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff. Peel the horseradish, grate it very finely, and mix it into the cream. Lightly salt it. Spread the horseradish cream over the ham slices and roll them up. Or roll up the ham slices, fill a piping bag with cream, and pipe it into the rolls. Serve with white bread.
