- ¼ red bell pepper(s)
- ½ slice(s) pumpernickel
- 1 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 100 g herb curd
- some garden cress
Instructions

Snack to go
Peel and dice the bell peppers. Roughly crumble the pumpernickel. Dice the ham slice. Layer the bell pepper cubes with herb curd, pumpernickel, and ham cubes in a sealable jar and sprinkle with some garden cress. It also works well on a brunch buffet.
