Ham – Sour Cream – Rolls

  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 200 g Boiled ham
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 200 g Grated cheese
  • 3 Spring onion
  • 10 Bun
  • Salt pepper
  • Chives
  1. Mix the yoghurt with sour cream and creme fraiche. Cut the ham into small pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings. Fold in ham, onions and cheese, season with salt, pepper and chives.
  2. Cut the buns open, remove some of the inside and distribute the sour cream on the halves of the bun. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes. Makes about 7-10 servings. Can be eaten cold and warm.
