Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Harzer cheese
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 small garlic clove(s) , nB
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and white strands, and chop finely. Chop the Harzer cheese. If you like, peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Combine everything in a blender with vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, or puree with an immersion blender. You’ll have to experiment a bit with the consistency; it all depends on the quality of the Harzer cheese. You might need to add a little more vinegar or oil; the result should be a paste that isn’t too thick. It tastes great with black bread, keeps in the fridge for two to three days, and is low in calories/joules.
