Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast (whole wheat toast, it will be crispier)
- 4 slices of turkey breast (preferably with curry or herb coating)
- 4 slice(s) cheese, e.g. E.g. Gouda
- 4 tsp tomato ketchup
- 4 half peach(s) from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the four slices of bread until golden brown and let them cool slightly so they don’t get soggy when adding the toppings. Spread a teaspoon of ketchup on each slice (everything should be covered, but spread as thinly as possible). Then place a slice of turkey breast on top. Place half a peach on top. Alternatively, you can also arrange peach pieces on top. Top with a slice of Gouda cheese. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
