Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of tortellini, dried (280 g each)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 200 g chanterelles (chanterelles)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g ham
  • 50 ml dry white wine
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • salt water
  • n. B. Flour

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Place the chanterelles in a plastic bag with a little flour and shake well. Empty into a bowl, add water, rinse thoroughly, and rinse in a sieve. Drain. Melt the butter in a saucepan, finely chop the onion, and sauté in the butter. Chop the chanterelles to size and add to the onion. Add the tomato paste and the sliced ​​ham. Sauté everything. Deglaze with white wine. Add the cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the cooked tortellini in a sieve, rinse with cold water, and let drain slightly. Add to the sauce and mix everything well. Season to taste and stir in the parsley.
