Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • some butter, for spreading
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • 12 slice(s) cheese (goat), from the roll

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly fry the pineapple slices on each side in a hot pan. Toast the slices of bread, spread them with butter, and top them with ham, pineapple, and cheese. Place them on a baking sheet and broil in a preheated oven at approximately 250°C for about 1 to 2 minutes.
