Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 250 g flour (type 405)
- 250 g flour (type 1050)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Halve the nuts and roast them in a pan without fat. Combine both flours in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast and sprinkle with sugar. Gently warm the yogurt. Pour half of the yogurt over the yeast and mix. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Melt the butter. Add to the pre-dough along with the yogurt, salt, and nuts, and knead. Let rise for another 30 minutes. Grease a 2-liter loaf pan. Knead the dough again. Shape into a loaf on a floured surface, then place it in the pan and score it lengthwise. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) or 175°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes.
