Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • Chocolate coating of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 60 cookies

Beat egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter until creamy. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and hazelnuts. Place the dumplings on the baking sheet with a spoon. Do not place them too close together, as the dough will become runny and spread. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160°C (convection oven). Once cooled, coat the cookies with chocolate coating or dip them, as desired.
