Hazelnut nougat croissants

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 140 g sour cream
  • 100 g margarine
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 16 tsp, leveled Nutella
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Gradually whisk together the egg, salt, sour cream, margarine, flour, and baking powder, then knead by hand to form a dough. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Mix the hazelnuts with the sugar and cinnamon, then place half of the mixture on the worktop. Roll out the dough into a round disc (about 40 cm in diameter). Cut into 16 pieces, like a cake, and place a teaspoon of Nutella on the edge of each piece, rolling them up from the outside in. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes. Makes 16 croissants.
